LOVE IT!!!! I had my first prenatal session yesterday evening and I loved it! I have done Bikram Yoga (Hot Yoga) in the past and that was when I started to really fall in love with Yoga. However, hot yoga is really hard because your body has to get adjusted to the temperature. In my experience, I needed to go atleast four days a week or it was like I was starting over every time.
Anyhow, regular yoga or prenatal yoga was wonderful. I really felt relaxed and just used my hour to really get connected with the baby. The workout was slow, smooth and relaxing. I would recommend yoga for everyone.
